Our Returns Policy

Within 30 days of delivery of a shipment (actual shipping date on packing slip), you may return any of the following items you purchased from cyke.com, for any reason, for a full refund (Refunding of the shipping cost will only occur if the return is a result of our error):

• Any book in its original condition.
• Any unopened (still in its plastic wrap) CD, software, poster, toy or VHS tape.

We cannot accept returns of opened items or items returned more than 30 days after delivery. Shipping charges are not refundable.
